here is this weeks edition of meal planning monday…
monday – chicken pie…this is, without a doubt, one of my FAV meals!!! i will alter it a bit to make it healthier (which means less butter, lol…also using lowfat buttermilk)…
tuesday – general tso chicken, rice and egg drop soup…my littles will LOVE the soup part of the meal!
wednesday – spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread…as requested by miss jade…
thursday – jambalaya, joe’s FAV…i’m going to adapt this recipe so i can throw it in my crockpot in the morning before work…love walking in the door to dinner already done!
friday – hamburger helper, quick and easy…gotta love that sometimes…i have a photoshoot so it will HAVE to be quick and easy so i can get out the door…
saturday – we will have to have “lupper” because i have another photoshoot in the evening (lupper is a word my fam made up, it’s kinda like brunch except it’s a meal in between lunch and supper)…i’m thinking something quick and easy, perhaps even leftover jambalaya…
sunday – hawaiian chicken and spicey shrimp kabobs along with grilled veggies (mushrooms, pineapple, small potatoes, peppers and zuchinni)…YUMMO!!!
