dear mr. cutler…
remember three years ago when we went here and had such an amazing time…eatting breakfast at that little diner every morning, browsing the antique shops, holding hands while walking around the town…{we can totally skip over the memory of the horrible gallbladder attack i had while we were there, it wasn’t so much part of the “amazing time” i’m speaking of}…i adored that time with you and still cherish every memory we made…
i want to go back there again, right now, just so you know…
i want to hold hands and walk through the park…i want to take 5,536 pictures of the two of us in alleys, doorways and basically every.single. cool background i can find…and even though you HATE getting your picture taken you will humor me and even almost smile once or twice in the pics…then i’ll pack my camera back away and slip my hand back into yours…and trust that you will lead me along safely…
i would say i want to climb to the tippy top of that HUGE lookout again buuuut that wasn’t so much of a good time, was it?
i want to browse every antique store we can find…and since it’s just us i don’t have to worry about the kids breaking things…i want to randomly drive around taking pics of every old church.barn.cool building i can find …i want to eat dinner again at that cute little steak house and order the BEST cheese sticks i’ve ever had in my life {minus the gallbladder attack afterwards}…
most of all i just want to be with you, to spend time with you, MY love…
yours forever,
amy

When I read your first paragraph, I thought, "hint, hint…". Then I continued to read. Amy, how could you?…You are ruining it for all of us who drop subtle hints at our husbands and want them to decode our expectations! lol Well, you may have disappointed me, but Jim would be so proud! I'm just not sure where you are supposed to fit this fun event into your crazy, jam-packed life!
