Monday: Crockpot Country Style BBQ Ribs and Ritz Zucchini Casserole – It’s the time of year where we’re all knee deep in zucchini. This recipe is one of my favorites to use them up.
Tuesday: French Dip Sandwiches on Homemade Garlic Hoagie Rolls – Tender meat, a yummy rich french dip sauce, melty cheese and a soft roll. Have I sold you on it yet?
Wednesday: Buffalo Beer Can Chicken and Crockpot Pierogies – Complete comfort meal! The chicken is my sons favorite, it has such an amazing flavor and is ridiculously juicy.
Thursday: Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob (since I’m freezing corn that day) – So simple yet so amazing. Baking it in the oven adds a little carmelization to the corn, bringing out the natural sweetness.
Friday: Sausage Gravy and Homemade Biscuits – Very simple and my husbands favorite!
Saturday: Pizza night!
Sunday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Macaroni Salad – Every time I ask my oldest what he’s hungry for, his reply is always pulled pork sandwiches!
