This week my meals have one purpose, to freeze some leftovers for my college girl. So these meals are easily freezeable and will heat up well.
Tuesday: Pancakes – This is always, always a big hit in this household.
Wednesday: Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole – Y’all…this is just bacon cheesy goodness!
Thursday: Stove Top Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy – I cannot even put into words how amazing this meatloaf is. It’s yummy and so easy to make! The only change I make is I substitute warm milk rather than water.
Friday: Slow Cooker Bacon Cheeseburger Soup and Homemade Bread Bowls – Even the bread bowls will be easily frozen for her to take to college.
Saturday: Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Homemade Rolls and Corn – One of her favorite meals. And the leftovers make one of my favorite meals, ham pot pie!
Sunday: Slow Cooker Amish Beef and Noodles over Mashed Potatoes – Comfort food, complete comfort food with a double dose of carbs!
