This is a yummy, easy recipe that will leave you not missing carbs at all!

- 1 head cabbage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups low carb white sauce
- 3/4 cups low carb bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp Xanthan gum
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

- Cut cabbage into wedges and cook uncovered until tender (about 25 minutes). Drain in colander. Return to pan and add 1 tbsp butter and mix.
- Layer the cabbage, cheese, and white sauce in a casserole dish. Repeat layers.
- Toss breadcrumbs with 2 tbsp melted butter. Top dish with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes, or until bread crumbs are browned.
- Melt butter in sauce pan. Add in Xanthan gum. Darken to desired color while whisking. Add in heavy cream. Continue whisking over low heat until thickened.
