bubble tea and my girlies
we had such a great weekend at ana’s…first of all her house is GORGEOUS, seriously! she was such an amazing host. and the rest of her fam (ryan, olivia and tyler) were awesome. poor tyler had a bit of a rough weekend sleep wise BUT he certainly is cute as a button!
angela and i slept in the master bedroom and oh.my.gosh. the bed was like laying in clouds and covering with stars. it was THE perfect bed. i slept beyond well there. miss chloe slept with us too, sweet girl that she is.
we laughed a LOT…it was such good times. i love staying up late, chatting into the wee hours of the morning.
we went shopping saturday and i tried my first bubble tea. i LOVED it! it was kinda like a milkshake. i so wish we could get it around here. absolute yum
while i was gone joe and the kids finished my bathroom floor. he’s such a sweetie. and no, jade didn’t have to eat oodles of noodles all weekend. in fact when i came home on sunday joe had cooked a roast and had it on the table waiting on me. it was DELISH!
this weekend papa alan is coming down to spend easter with the kids and us. that also means i get a DATE NIGHT saturday night. i so love date nights. i can’t hardly wait for it!!!!!!

on the road…
So we are on the road – on our way to Ana’s for our girls weekend. It is SO needed and I can’t wait to see all my best girlies.
Of course its raining like heck. I hate traveling in rain, seriously! And if you can believe this – we had motorcycles pass is on the interstate!! Are they flipping insane? Its pouring so hard we can’t hardly see and they are on bikes? Insanity
Cathys husband Terry sent along a cheesecake and pumpkin roll that he made, bless his heart! A girls weekend would not be complete without cheesecake!
I sure hope jade gets more than oodles of noodles lol – poor Joe
So I’ve decided that I hate the turnpike to pieces – especially in pouring rain – and even when I’m not driving
