Forever Beloved

we got our disk from janine on saturday with all the fab pics she took on it. and they are AWESOME! i was going to upload some more of them here for ya’all to see BUT i’m on this stupid laptop at the warehouse-o-creepy and it just WONT do it. so we will have to wait till tomorrow for that, when i’m in the office.

today is my very last day at the warehouse-o-creepy and i’m so sad…i’ve grown to love it. i love the silence, solitude and peacefulness of it. yes, it has it’s creepy side BUT compared to my other option (sitting in the office) this was a great choice. it rescued me at a point where all the women in my office were fighting and i could just escape to over here. love it!

tomorrow is friday, thank gosh. tomorrow night i am taking joe’s mom to get her hair done. then i’m heading back to her house to run the sweeper and such. saturday the kids have a skating party at 4:30 for football/cheerleading. joey doesn’t want to go and jade does…figures huh! after the skating party i think we are heading to altoona to pay on our layaway for christmas. and maybe grab a bite to eat. sunday i would like to just stay home ALL DAY LONG and not go anywhere!

it’s hump day peoples…the week is half over!!! thank gosh, right?

yesterday joe and i had off but the kids had school, which made a nice day together. we went out to lunch and just enjoyed each others company. when we got back home my FAVORTE AUNT EVER, aunt vi, was at my moms! aunt vi lives in texas and normally we only get to see her and paul once a year when they come in to camp. so it was soooooo nice to get to visit with her. she is one fiesty lady who always makes me laugh…seriously, she is a crack up. LOVE YOU AUNT VI!!!

jades class is having “hobby week” next week and the parents can come in and share their hobby. ya’all KNOW what my hobby is…scrappin! at first i didn’t think i would be able to as the school has a new rule this year that you have to have all your clearances to go into the classrooms. but i just called the school and found out that infact i can go in and share my hobby! woo woo…so i will be telling a bunch of fourth gradres about scrapbooking. now i’m nervous, ha ha

i’m so excited about thanksgiving, i just love cooking family dinners. joes mom ruth is coming up for thanksgiving and staying with us for a few days. and his brothers might be coming also. i am just in total love with big family dinners…i know, i’m a freak…they just make me feel all warm. and i feel this thanksgiving is extra important as joes mom is sick. i just think it would be nice for the whole family to come together.

there will be new prompts up at guttergirlz and dream girls soon, tomorrow i believe. so soon i will have some layouts to share! i was scrappin up a storm this weekend. the pics janine took of us were just so awesome i couldn’t wait to scrap them!

we had a big ole’ crazy good weekend and we never even left our house! lots of cleaning, good food, movies, family time and fun was had by all. and i even snuck in some serious scrappin time! friday night i staid up to the wee hours of the morning sitting at my scrap desk…being flooded with inspiration as the rest of the house slept. pepper and the cat were snuggled in their bed right under my scrap desk, so cute. can’t share my work yet though, soon i promise.

i would like to request some prayers for joe’s mom ruth. she has been sick lately and seems to be getting worse day by day. and i think also some prayers for her boys, for strength for them. watching a parent fail and go downhill is the hardest thing ever.

joe and i both have tomorrow off work and the kids have school. so it’s actually an all day DATE DAY! woot woot!!!! i think we might head on over to altoona and maybe grab some lunch. good times

i’m going to be doing some blog construction here and there. ya’all know i can’t ever let anything alone for long!
